International Extemporaneous Speaking (also known as Foreign Extemporaneous Speaking, & multifariously contracted to International Extemp, Foreign Extemp, FX, FEX, or even Niner) occurs as style of competitory speaking sponsored per National Forensic League. These are monovular around structure to U.S. Extemp, except that the topics are focused on world affairs, rather than U.S. affairs.
